“Very straightforward service. Pick up went smoothly. I was a little apprehensive about using the service as had never done anything like this before but my fears were unfounded. I spoke with customer services who were very helpful and answered any queries I had. I think recycling my old laptop was a great idea and I would encourage others to do the same.”

“GREAT! I could estimate a price in 10 mins online. They came to pick up my computer the next day. Then it took 1 day for them to receive it and 2 more days to process it. I received the amount expected into my account within 2 hours from their confirmation email. :)”

“Decided to sell laptop as it was quite old. The service was excellent, so easy to use. Free collection on and on a Saturday, as that suited me. Text/emailed an hour before collection. Money was in my bank within 4 days.”
