“Customer service person is very rude and will not answer specific questions regarding shipping & delivery dates. I was charged over $50 in FedEx shipping charges only to find out that the distributor is located only 40 minutes, in traffic, away from my shipping address in Miami.”

“I realized after my purchase that I mistakenly picked the wrong item. After researching what I did purchase a normal volume non-allocated item cost me triple store prices. I meant to order Old Dominick Cask strength and I somehow picked their regular Tennessee whiskey normally $45 in stores with shipping, & ins I am at $130. Mistakes are expensive. I just hope it is halfway decent. Btw it says no refund no return yet this survey asks how do you find the return process and did you have to pay to return. Interesting.”

“I paid $199.00 for a bottle of Weller 750ml for my husband for Christmas. Then my husband found it at our local liquor store for $29.00. I'm only giving you the 2 srar rating because my package did arrive quickly with no problems but I definitely feel like I got ripped off.”

“No transparency as to shipping. 5 business days fed ex does not have it although a label was created 2=;days ago. The order is still in the committed window of 10 days but concerned that it won't make the it by then”
