Not sure how to review when I just ordered items, havent received anything yet. I will say that caskcartel has the highest shipping charges compared to other online experiences. And, higher prices i general. Ordering o line was fine, except papal option was selected. Then screen came back up without it. Weird. Also, it doesn't display the final breakdown total, only the grand total.

The one star is for customer service. Ordered it on Jan 4th. After 3/4 e-mails back and forth telling me they were going to be right on top of it I didn’t get it delivered till Jan 30th. Almost 4 weeks to ship it to NJ from Texas. It could have been faster if they used Pony Express. They also charged me $35 to ship it.

They didn't give any updates on my order until it shipped. I had to call and complaint about my order and to find out if it was even shipped... not happy.. they left me hanging for information for over a week... not happy... not sure if I will order again.... then tracking want even correct... FedEx didn't even have my kid sign for the package which had alcohol in it... just a lot of mistakes....

I haven’t received anything yet, nor have I heard anything back from the day of my order. Not a confirmation, nothing. If this continues I will have to to stop the credit card payment with my bank.
