I don't see why there are so many negative reviews about price? If you're broke why are you buying spirits anyway? Go to your nearby neighborhood liquor store and spend your little $20 there if you're going to complain about top shelf liquor prices. Nevertheless, Cask Cartel does me right every time! Thank you so much Cask Cartel! Packaging is always immaculate and the customer service representatives are top tier. I can call and email as much as I want to check on my order and they elaborate perfectly. 5 stars!!

Well I didnt know that not only would they not send the complete set of what I ordered but that they would send a bottle of whiskey that was only 80 dollars compared to the almost 500 that I spent. This site is honeslty way over priced and has no checks and balances against the prices or quality of their sales. It would be best if no one used this site it is a complete scam.

This is a real site. You get the alcohol you want in good time. You can't by Tim Smith's Moonshine where I live, so I get it from CaskCartel!

Be very careful before clicking to checkout. The prices are ridiculously expensive, so expensive that I thought I was ordering a case rather than a single bottle. The button for case qty is nearly the same color as the single bottle and it is hard to tell which is selected. When I realized my mistake I ran afoul of their also ridiculous cancellation policy. This is a mistake I will never be making again as I will never buy from them again and I encourage you to avoid them as well.

Unprofessional experience. Placed order Dec. 6 for Xmas delivery. Fed Ex label created Dec 8. It is January 1 and I have not received my order. It is now shipping via UPS. Contacted Cask Cartel and their response was sorry we have a lot of orders. Cask Cartel uses third party vendors and has little to no control on a shipments. I would not recommend ordering from Cask cartel. Too much time wasted and too much $.

Our order was submitted on 11/28; we were hoping to have the bottle for the Christmas Holiday with our guests in town. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until 12/29. Communication on shipping status was not easy during the time in between. I doubt we would use CaskCartel again.

I ordered two bottles of wine, the website said free shipping, however when I checked out, I was charged $46.00. I called and I was given a 50% discount. The wine was purchased on 12/15/2023. I called to track the shipment on 12/27 and was told the wine was still not shipped. I asked that the order be canceled, and was told no. This is so ridiculous that I have to wait so long! It missed Christmas, a now it will miss New Year's Eve. I will never purchase from you again and will suggest that none of my friends use this site. At first I was impressed. Found the product I wanted, then discovered the shipping cost was totally outrageous plus extra insurance. Never the less I ordered the product , received an email but no delivery details . I have emailed to be told they have up to ten days to advise . Received two emails a day about their great company since but still have no idea when I will receive my order . I hate to say this, but is this the kind of service you offer ? If it is it’s a the last time I will order from you guys again . Regards Ian Heunis.

Placed an order 2 months ago (11/28, writing this 12/28). No update on shipping. Requested an update 3 weeks ago, staff was very responsive and explained they’re working with the company that took the order, but still no status on shipment. First order with CC was a bit delayed but went well. After this experience, would not recommend, nor would I trust them again with a $200 order for a bottle of scotch….

Do not order from this company. I placed my order on Dec. 16. I was told my order was in stock. Today is Dec 27 and I still do not have my order. Who knows when I will receive it. They took my money quick enough. I asked them if I could do an overnight or second day delivery and I was told they can not send alcohol that way. When it came close to Christmas I looked at a different business and they second day delivered my order to me and I was able to have that order on time.
