“They should be VERY CLEAR on what they are selling be it case or single bottle. I ended up paying 84.00 for a 14.00 bottle of rum with shipping that’s 116.00 for one bottle of rum. To make matters worse, you can’t cancel your order… There is no customer service… Beware and buy elsewhere.. I will refuse order when it arrives . They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. It almost as if it was a fraudulent company.”

If you are reffering to the year of the bottle that is in the image, there is a disclaimer below stating, "*This image represents the intended product; however, bottle designs, artwork, packaging, and current batch release or proof may be updated from the producer without notice." If the intention was to purchase the 1970s version, the product title would specifically state, Crawford’s 3 Star Special Reserve (Bottled 1970s) Scotch Whisky. Which is a separate product link available on the CaskCartel.com Marketplace. We understand the importance of accurately representing our products, and we apologize for the confusion between the photo, price, and description of the Scotch you ordered and what was actually delivered.
