“Although I haven't received my order, my experience with Cask Cartel has been a positive one. I originally used another supplier for my product and after 2 months of waiting and constant emails back and forth and this other company making excuses, idecided to cancel and go with these guys after they promised me they could fulfill my order. After 4 days of putting my order, the items have been dispatched. Now I just wait. 5* from these guys”

“Why am I paying $1.95 shipping charge?? FedEx is not delivering my order until I pay even after I took the route insurance. I am reluctant to give my credit card number for this purpose!”

“Terrible company. I ordered a bottle for a friend's birthday and it did not arrive on time. I gave them a month to ship the bottle and I still have not received it. Never received updates or shipment information after three weeks of waiting. Company does not give refunds and will not cancel orders.”
