“First time ordering online from CASS ART - the paint brush was BADLY bent over at the bristles (as was its 'protective' clear tube), caused by very careless/slapdash packing, i.e. the packer bent the (again, supposedly protective) corrugated packing card over the end of the brush itself!! ..instead of leaving room for the all-important brush head. Amateurish work!!”
