“Our house policy is due for renewal on 5/4/16 have been in contact with castle cover re- same have not agreed to renew as of yet as I am checking with other companies”
“I haven't recently purchased home insurance from you and it isn't due for renewal until 6 April. I am not sure I will be renewing with you as the cost of paying monthly is to high. As a pensioner I am looking to reduce costs not increase them. Other companies don't charge for this .

“The lady who dealt with my renewal was friendly and professional ..I think however that on line renewal should be available to all policy holders not just those taken out after a particular date...however can't fault the courtesy of the staff”
“I had excellent service and was able to negotiate a really good rate for this year which covers all our house and contents. We have an outbuilding which needs extra cover and this policy is flexible to cover those needs.

“I was a bit disappointed to learn that my premium had risen substantially this year as although I made a claim last year for accidental window glass breakage, this was the only claim I have ever made. I was told that was the cost and it appeared to be a take it or leave it response.”
“Obviously insurance is a very competitive industry and it is not so much of a hassle to gain comparison's these day's . Therefore it is imperative to keep in line with the competition. Please ensure Castle Cover keep their eye on the ball.”
“As in previous years, everyone I have dealt with at Castle Cover during my renewal process this year has been professional, helpful and friendly, answering all my questions clearly. The renewal process has as usual been easy and done in a timely manner. Better still, when the renewal agent was busy and unable to take my call, it was picked up by overflow staff who took my number promising a call back as soon as the agent was able to do so and that call back was received and received quickly. A now pretty unusual experience in my experience with many other businesses.”

“Castle Cover is as most insurers unfortunately are. Every year the policy goes up in price, regardless if you'd made a claim or not. I actually made a claim last year and was told I was covered for the damage.....only to be told on the day of the repair, it would cost me £300. I carried out the repair myself costing £50.
