Very helpful staff when I got through [lines always very busy]. Why do I have to query the amount quoted EVERY year, only to get it reduced straight away? This is tedious, and obviously unnecessary if the quote can be reduced so readily. It drives everyone I know mad.

Staff are always very helpful and never try to get you to accept things that you do not want or need.They always try to make sure that you take cover that is best for you, regarding your personal situation. Altogether Castle Cover is the one for me, this is why i have been with them for several years . I expect they will stay the same for many more years to come. Many Thanks Henry Wapshott

When you write to remind me that my insurance needs renewing, you do not state by how much the premium is being increased. I am just too idle to check; but I am sure that I am being diddled by a sharp rise, and that you are playing a dirty trick on an old fool. Please inform me : by how much are you increasing the premium?

Very pleased with my cover The one thing I think was wrong was the additional £10 I had to pay to have It sent to my house A cost I did not have to pay when I renewed my car Insurancwith Churchill Mr R Collier

Obtains the quote was clear and prompt but I found completing the information and the payment was hard work. I got there eventually. I haven't had any feedback as to how the changeover is going -do I have to contact my previous insurer or do you doitfor me? I needtoknow this. PK

NO PROBLEM RENEWING MY INSURANCE, QUOTE CAME , TELEPHONED TO ACCEPT. JOB DONE. I HAVE BEEN WITH CASTLE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM EVEN OVER A FREEZER CLAIM. WELL DONE CASTLE

I have received a quotation from you for the renewal of my car insurance which indicates a 40% increase on my premium for 2015. As I have not had any claims last year will you please explain how you justify such an offer TA Burke

The person dealing with our renewal of the Regal home contents policy was very helpful and efficient.The person dealing with the renewal of the Castle buildings policy was unhelpful and inefficient.She was constantly going away to check on various matters and because I confirmed that our house ,which was built in 2000, was a timberframed house with an outer wall of stone and cement rendered concrete blocks she then informed me that the renewal premium would be £333.64 instead of £137.17.The form of construction used on our house although timberframed is, as it is a modern house,regarded as a standard form of Cavity Wall Construction and should therefore be covered at normal rates of premium for building insurance as is the case for large numbers of new houses.I have now taken out our buildings insurance with another reputable company at normal rates and therefore will not be renewing our buildings insurance with Castle.However I have renewed our contents insurance with Regal as I was very satisfied with the service from the person dealing with that renewal.

goof cover at reasonable price. been with them for 5 or6 years, would have been nice to get a small discount fot being loyal

I refer to my telephone conversation today, when I cancelled my car insurance due on 22nd February. This was because It had gone up very considerably in price. I have now insured with another company.

I called Castle and asked why my premium had gone up so much from last year and asked if anything could be done to have a discount on the requested premium. The Castle representative on the phone checked with his superior and they agreed to give me a discount because I had been with the Company for a few years. This was very much appreciated
