Why do I have to query the amount quoted EVERY year, only to get it reduced straight away? This is tedious, and obviously unnecessary if the quote can be reduced so readily. It drives everyone I know mad.”
“Staff are always very helpful and never try to get you to accept things that you do not want or need.They always try to make sure that you take cover that is best for you, regarding your personal situation. Altogether Castle Cover is the one for me, this is why i have been with them for several years . I expect they will stay the same for many more years to come.

“The person dealing with our renewal of the Regal home contents policy was very helpful and efficient.The person dealing with the renewal of the Castle buildings policy was unhelpful and inefficient.She was constantly going away to check on various matters and because I confirmed that our house ,which was built in 2000, was a timberframed house with an outer wall of stone and cement rendered concrete blocks she then informed me that the renewal premium would be £333.64 instead of £137.17.The form of construction used on our house although timberframed is, as it is a modern house,regarded as a standard form of Cavity Wall Construction and should therefore be covered at normal rates of premium for building insurance as is the case for large numbers of new houses.I have now taken out our buildings insurance with another reputable company at normal rates and therefore will not be renewing our buildings insurance with Castle.However I have renewed our contents insurance with Regal as I was very satisfied with the service from the person dealing with that renewal.”
