“Ordered a replacement refill for the Ssscat spray deterrent. Even with carriage the price from Catflaps.co.uk was the cheapest I could find. I ordered on the Monday & estimated delivery was the Wednesday. The Monday was a bank holiday so it didn't arrive until the Thursday but that is not the fault of Catflaps.co.uk & I still consider it to be a quick delivery & especially as I live in the Scottish Borders. I bought the original Ssscat spray from this company & I remember it arrived very quickly then. As well as pet items they are part of a larger building plastics company & included a brochure with my delivery. This looks as though it could prove very useful & especially if prices & delivery are as good as their pet items.”

“Bought staywell medium dog flap. Very Prompt delivery. Had it professionally fitted by window and door firm locally, and left it to set overnight as had it sealed with polyfiller. The next day our 20 month old cockerpoo was immediately interested. I threw sausage bits out and he immediately jumped through to retrieve them. By the end of day two (today) he is confident with his new door, and dragging his blankey through it. Flap looks neat and sits happily in the door panel. It seems good quality, nice and quiet when used and very minimal drafts. Also a bonus that replacement flaps are available should we ever need one.”
