“Fast delivery and happy with the product I ordered. It seems to be a well made sturdy cat flap but as I have yet to install it, I reserve judgement on exactly how well it performs in use. What I hope for is that it will be quiet which it does seem to be compared with other cat flaps I have tried. I also hope that it won't be too drafty but I can't comment on that yet. I shall update my review once it is installed.”

“Splendid service from CatFlaps. This is the 3rd cat flap I've had. They are ideal, but as they are serving 2 Jack Russels, Scampy and Chips, they have a limited life span. Not a fault of the product!”

“When the pump on our Drinkwell Platinum Fountain malfunctioned, we needed a replacement in a hurry (the cat's really love the fountain and it has been operating 24/7/365) for now nearly one-and-a-half years). “I looked everywhere for his replacement dog flap and finally found it here, the service was 10/10, arrived next day, you can't get better than that, only fault I have is I wish it came with screws and bolts!”
