“Easy to read website and to order. Technical information excellent. Sadly couldn't find delivery times, etc. However ABSOLUTELY excellent delivery of 2 really good cat flaps from this retailer. Sadly manufacturers let the product (and the retailer) down by placing a permanent sticker on front of flap. However I rate retailer and the products very good.”

“The fact that you sell just the flaps of the Cat Flaps was a bonus. I had contemplated having to make a lot of minor changes to get the new flap in that we had purchased, my wife said why don't we look to see if we can just get the flap which was the only part broken, bingo there you were. Thank you for your prompt service, the Cat Flap is now complete again.”

“This is a well made product and is supplied with full information regarding fitting and setting up. Once programmed and then fitted, it took our two 8 month old kittens only 2 days before they were able to use the flap without assistance.”
