“I am so glad that I can buy replacement pumps for my cat fountains. Living in an area of the country with very hard water, I had to buy a replacement fountain, last year. Now I can just buy the pump. Delivery was exactly on time, 48 hours. I am very happy & so are my cats.”

“Order delivered very promptly but I need to return a cat door ordered in error - wrong size. I have been through the returns procedure on the web site but have had no response. How do I return the goods?”

“Catflaps were very quick, posting the item within a day of placing order. The item itself was a replacement flap which including P&P cost nearly £18. Very overpriced for what is a piece of plastic that probably only cost pence to make.”

“I bought the spray dog collar to help me control my dogs barking from catflaps. The product came within a few days and I was able to start using it straight away. What a result, the collar works very well and now life is quieter for both me and my neighbours. Very pleased with the service, product and price which was less than half the £75 pets at home charge. I Would definitely recommend this company and product.”

“I ordered my dog flap on Thursday and it came on Saturday morning. Cheaper than anywhere else, including the postage, which I thought was very reasonable. The dog flap was a replacement for the same model. I found it easy to fit on a UPVC door and would order again.”
