“Quick delivery to enable us to replace our broken Catflap”

“Recently fitted my catflap into a double panel insulated wall near a door. My Pug soon got used to it and I think is very pleased with it! It is a medium size. The only problem I found was when trying to line up the holes in the two panels but it worked eventually. I think that the flap will prove to be sturdy. Thanks”

“I ordered a containment dog fence and two 250m remote trainers. The delivery arrived 20 hours after ordering, but one remote trainer was missing. I reported it and received a reply immediately that I would receive it the next day which I did. Good service is not that things always go right, but how they are addressed when things go wrong. Brilliant customer service, just wish others follow your example.”

“It was necessary to replace our 12 year old cat flap which had been totally destroyed by our puppy! The replacement was identical to the original so no drilling and simple to install. Excellent product, very reasonably priced with fast delivery - an excellent supplier.”
