“Our cat leapt through cat flap on Christmas Day and the whole flappy part shot out into the garden, the hinges having snapped. On the first shopping day after Christmas, we were unable to purchase a cat flap to fit into our glass conservatory door. Luckily Cat Flaps. co.uk had exactly what was required and delivered within 48 hours.”

“excellent company- product was just what i wanted and was best price on web & thank you for sending it out asap, but unfortunately i can not say the same for the delivery company that you use :-( as i waited all day for the item and told by text that my item has been delivered ??? not to me, after phoning the company they delivered it to number 1 not number ten, when calling at number 1 they have no parcel ? somehow the parcel was put by my door late that evening??”

“Service was quick and the price was very competitive. My only reservations are with the product as we have to replace the cat flap regularly (2 years this time) due to failure in the electronics. I feel it is likely to be in the motor and do not understand why there is such a poor record on this type of cat flap. Modern day electronics should do so much better. Please do not tell me to switch to another model as his majesty is too old a cat to be learning new tricks, and it works really well AS LONG AS IT WORKS!!!”
