“We needed a replacement part for our Staywell cat flap. CatFlaps price was good. We placed an order and the part arrived quickly by first class post. We haven't fitted the item yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. Good service.”

“How good is a company? this you can only find out when things go wrong. When I placed the order for 2 cat flaps of the same type, I was inadvertently supplied with 2 different models. One phone call and within 12 hours I was in receipt of a replacement. This, in my opinion, is how a business should be run. I would recommend without hesitation.”

“Bought as replacement for our old flap. Didn't want anything hi-tech with magnets or microchip sensors, just four-way locking flap. This is simple to fit and does the job great! Girl cat still prefers me to open the door for her!”

“One of the very few times when a replacement item is purchased, it fits exactly where the old broken one was installed without any modification (imperial to metric etc.). That was the case with this cat-flap - thank you.”

“Although the first infra red cat flap received was not working - the reason why was established quickly and a replacement express delivered, resulting in only one day's delay in installing. Customer Service was excellent and product is now great too. Would definitely recommend this company.”
