“I ordered the catflap on line and it was delivered within 3 days. Very good service. Unfortunately, the micro chip inside was broken. I rang on Saturday morning and a replacement arrived today (Tuesday). Very happy with that service. Items can get damaged but it is how it is dealt with that matters and I can honestly say the service was first class. Broken catflap was returned to them this evening with the pre-paid label.”

“I have used this company before for spare parts for my Cat Mate products as well as complete products and will always go to them first as there service is second to none. This time it was for a spare motor for the drinking fountain. Order promptly dealt with arrived next day which was great. Product in good condition and perfect working order.
