“Bought a training collar for my dog and it's fantastic. I thought it was faulty but due to my own error (not plugging it in properly) but they got back to me quickly to help the situation. It arrived quickly and was a brilliant price. Highly recommend using this company and would use them Again.”

“My cat managed to break the cat flap so I was in urgent need of a new one as we had a gap in the door letting all the cold air in. I placed the order on Monday morning and it had arrived by Wednesday morning so I was very pleased. It would have arrived even sooner, on the Tuesday, but there was a delay as it had been sent to the wrong depot, however someone from cat flaps rang me to explain the delay and let me know when it would be arriving. I would recommend using this company, quick and efficient service, very pleased”

“The flap is fine. Dad took about 3 hours fitting it using a jigsaw and screwdrivers and stuff and it looks really cool. I was a bit anxious during the training and it took a few goes to get used to the "clicking" but I have no trouble now. It is such a relief that I do not have to remember a password - dad says the lock is worked by something in my neck but that is way beyond me. It is great not having Tom coming in every night and eating my supper, but the best news is that I am now allowed to sleep in the sitting room at night - much warmer than the kitchen. I would recommend it to my mates but if they had one I couldn't sneak in and eat their food! Cleo”
