“We ordered a micro chip type cat flap which arrived the next day. Sadly, it was too small and we organised to have it sent back. I have since had my account credited with the full amount. First class company to have dealings with.”

“Although the site states up to four day delivery, my delivery for Cat Mate liners x 5 sections, took just two. Very satisfied. However, as a general comment about cat flaps in the wall (cat flap also Cat Mate but not ordered from this company), once the liner sections are in ( which are very good and slot together easily and well), the cat flap (which must be on the outer wall) is so far away from the inside of the house that having cat flap in/out controls is more or less useless as so hard set them from such a distance when you have to reach your arm into the 'tunnel' from inside the house!”

“CatFlaps easily offered the lowest price online and didn't charge more to post to me on the Isle of Wight (like some companies). Speedy (next day) delivery. Product (anti-bark collar) as described and well packaged. All round very pleased and would recommend highly.”

“These cat flaps are excellent and have always used them, have some large tomcats and they have no trouble using it. They can last for years with heavy duty use, but mine was getting old and needed replacing. Easy to install, look good from the outside and in and also on here a very good competitive price!”

“Cat Flap delivery in 3 days arrived well packed and complete, assembled and fixed to door and up and working. This is a replacement for an older one as someone who shall not be named broke the porch bit off so needing a new one but in 7 years of using them worked perfectly .”

“Great item. We have two cats. The female got it straight away but our male cat wasn't happy at all even though he watched our other cat use it!! We have put it on to training mode at the moment and although he iwas reluctant at first he is using it fine but of course we are his minions and he likes to have a door opened for him still !!! Really pleased with it and would recommend it.”
