“I purchased a Microchip Cat Flap which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, it was faulty. When I rang to say this, catflaps.co.uk promised to send another out immediately AND send a prepaid postage sack for me to return the defective flap. None of this "send it back and then we will replace" rubbish. The following day, (speedier than even advised) I received my new flap, which works perfectly. Thank you so much for excellent, speedy service. I would recommend this company and will buy from again. Professional, reliable and honest!”

“Extremely helpful on th phone. Very quick delivery, ordered one afternoon delivered th next morning. Bought to replace our cat flap which stopped working. Easy to fit and a bargain buying the brown rather than the White. The cats don't mind!”

“Have used this brand and type for the last 9 years, we did have to purchase a new one as a part broke but to be fair it is used by 3 cats and lasted for the full 9 years. Received quickly and without and hassle. would defiantly recommend”
