“Great cat flap, very sturdy, SO easy to programme, simply push a wee button, let your pussycat walk through the cat flap, push the button again and ta da, job done! No more stray pussycats in our house! Only took a few minutes for both my boys to figure out the new door, it makes a wee click when they go near, as it unlocks for them (and only them) which made them think twice and sus it out a little longer, but as I said both my cats were happily using it within the first half hour of fitting and we didn't need to use the training mode, although its a handy option to have if you think your cat may take a little more time to get used to it. 100% recommend this! Great price too on this website makes it even better, and delivered super quick too!”

“I bought this new cat flap to replace my 15 year old original magnetic one that just stopped working. It was relatively easy to fit, however I did need to use a piece of wood to pack it at the bottom as this door is 25mm shorter than the original. My two cats found the "tunnel" for entry a little daunting, they've got the hang of it now and it only took about 24 hours to used to it. It's a good sturdy door with a very clear view for the cats, much more robust than the previous door, I'm really please with it.”

“The cat flap arrived quickly in the post and after reading all the instructions I had a go at installing. Remember to programme before installing. The most difficult part for me was cutting out the hole in my UPVC door, though probably because it was my first time using a jigsaw. Once I had the hole cut it was relatively easy to put both parts of the catflap together and complete the job. I have put the door in training mode for a few days so that my two cats can get the hang of it. So far so good. They seem happy that they can come and go as they please and no longer have to ask to be let out. I would recommend this cat flap”

“Always suspicious of nothing but 5 star ratings. Blocked cat flap in door and cut micro-chip flap into brickwork 4" thick away from the old one. She has taken about two weeks to get used to it, you'd think she never seen one before. This is magic no unwanted cats coming in, worth every penny. Lured through with 'Dreamies' to get her used to it. It genuinely is a '5 star' rating.”

“I was very pleased at the quick response and delivery of my order . I don't know if you have any answer to why the plastic hinge regularly breaks meaning I have to regularly replace the flap I have only ever had one actual complete door but about four replacement flaps .”
