“Bought the easy walk harness thinking I would give it a go but not convinced it would stop my 35kg 9 month old Wiemaraner from pulling me around. I was wrong it worked a treat. After a few minutes he realised he was getting nowhere but facing me again and now walks beautifully. I still put his collar on and take the harness off when I run him as think it would possibly chaf. But excellent for the job intended .. Walking. Very easy to put on and take off. Love it”

“I purchased a cat flap that was too small for the hole in the door (our fault for not measuring correctly). I called up and was told to send it back stating on the form whether I wanted a replacement or refund. I chose a cheaper (larger) cat flap and a refund of the difference. Within a few day I had received both. Amazing customer service and delivery.”

“First class service, arriving within 48 hrs of purchase. I found the cat flap easy to install and worked on the first attempt to programme with the cat's microchip. Used a couple of cat treats to tease the cat through the flap prior to the installation, this made programming of the micro chip reader easier. Great product.”
