“Horrible smell of ammonia unless you mix the box 3+ times a day and such a mess!! I'm having to vacuum constantly and I'm sure there's still tiny pieces of coconut in the carpet that will never come out.”

“I ordered three bags of litter on May 3rd but it never shipped and it is now the 10th. FedEx says that a label was created but the product was not dropped off. :(”

“Received email that product is on its way. Never received it. This happened twice. Contact the company and told the first time that they are a small company and are not high on the priority, second time was told the product is held up at thf port. I am going to try Pretty Litter. Hope my cats like that litter.”

“The three bags of non clumping litter appeared normal, but the one bag of clumping (which I wanted to try for the first time) was in a plain -- I mean completely plain, with no markings or branding of any kind -- plastic bag. At least, I presume clumping litter is what was supposed to be in the bag -- it's cheap, shoddy, and there's no way to tell WHAT the contents of the bag are. I'm extremely disappointed and unlikely to attempt purchasing again.”

“Some how my shipment was lost or the label torn off. Called 5 days after I received notification of shipment to be told this. Ok it happens, but make it right. I am stilling waiting for my cat litter that was supposed to ship on the 12th and am being told that it will arrive on the 22. REALLY you can’t send it overnight?! Almost 2 weeks later. This is just one of many issues. Thinking that this is strike 3 catspot. Where is the manager and customer service? Oh I called and they didn’t call back, I had to call them back for a second time to see where the litter was.”
