Been using for years. My cat seems to love it and I like knowing it's organic material and the dust from the litter shouldn't cause any issues.

Both my older cat and kitten love this. It truly is amazing. I’m allergic to the dust in cat litter. I’m having no problem with this either! I like that I didn’t smell anything after coming back from my trip of 5 days!! I purposely told my house sitter to not touch the litter boxes so I could test it! No smell!!! A little goes a long way with this stuff! You can keep the poo picked up but the urine stays in there until you dump it.i It took about 7-8 days before I smelled the ammonia smell of the urine!! I would highly recommend this litter to anyone, especially people with allergies to dust!!!

Living on the second floor and being totally out of shape, I love how lightweight this litter is! That is also it's drawback; it tracks too easily. But then, every litter tracks. At least this stuff doesn't hurt to step on. It manages odor well and can last longer than you would think. Just start with less litter than you think you need in the pan, it grows in volume w/o getting stinky.

The best part of CS litter is how light it is. And I like the fact that it’s an organic material. I would prefer better clumping. The less helpful part is that the cats track it all over the house, probably because it’s so fine and light. Daily sweeping is necessary.

I really really wanted to love this but unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. I’m all about composting and do so every weekend through a neighborhood program so got super excited at the possibility of that. But back to the litter. I live in a small NY apt and idk if it’s the heater or the humidity but the litter never really made it to a week without it creating a crazy ammonia smell. My litter box is closed so that might’ve contributed to it? Maybe if you have a larger living space with better chances of ventilation and an open litter box this will work for ya? Unsure, but these are my 2 cents

Can't fully review it as I blended it with my old litter to get my cats used to it. They are still using the litter box, so that is a good sign. Will review it again after they have been using the litter by itself.

I reviewed this several times. Stop sending review requests, read the old ones.

Purchased the non-clumping version. It is so light weight that certain types of litter boxes tipped over when the cat stepped in. Because the cats scratch in the litter so much, they are flinging it all over the place. Can only use it in covered litter boxes. Did not care for the wads of coconut “hair” still in the litter-your company should add a sifting phase prior to final packaging. May try the clumping version, if it is still 100% natural and will add a little weight to the litter.

Love the fact it’s 100% biodegradable. I put in my garden for weed control. I find it’s very dusty however and my kitty makes a mess jumping out of his box. Looking into new box solutions.

I like the fact that the odor is almost non-existent. It scoops easily. The down side is the fact it is so loose and it scatters everywhere. I keep a dust buster at hand to tidy up frequently.

Our cat lives it - we have a tub of Cat Spot and a tub of the old stuff and she uses the Cap Spot. I love how light weight it is and how there is no dust, BUT, she leaves a trail of litter 10-15 feet long after using it. Any suggestions on how to stop the trail?

We have been ordering your Cat Spot Litter for a few years now…our cat is totally pleased with it. However, this last shipment had at least one bag of litter that had several BIG chunks of hairy fibrous blobs included. They were tight and couldn’t be broken up. Your litter is expensive (for us) and when we have to dig out these big chunks it seems wasteful. Thanks from our cat!

I love that Cat Spot is a healthy option for my cat and for the environment. Overall, the little works great. At times the urine clumps break down into the fresh litter, but I have transitioned to using a closed bottomed shovel and that allows me to scoop the urine clumps easily. The odor is minimal as long as you clean the litter box regularly. There is still tracking of litter, but that is to be expected since I have a long hair cat and everything gets trapped in the fur between her pads.

I called on Monday and litter didn’t arrive until Saturday evening. I understood it was mailed on Tuesday at the latest.

So far so good. It’s my first time trying Cat Spot. It’s very lightweight, easy to scoop and so far it’s doing better than clay-based litter with keeping my apartment smelling clean instead of like a catbox.

Really like it. I just woul like it to be easier to open. The bag needs a "tear here" or something.
