“We bought two Monvelo bikes that to were advertised as an excellent option. The delivert took two days, when we used them for the first time we noticed that the quality was very poor. We had many issues with the gear as it wouldn't shift easy, causing the chain to fell of several times while riding it. We received a very frustrating and rude answer from Sello as they Suad it was our "perception". Catch emailed us saying that that will try to negotiate with their but nothing happened. Catchy stopped replying our emails they did nothing about it. Safer to spend more money in a shipping instead buying things online that are bad quality, which you can't noticed when.you check the item in photos.”
“Don’t buy electronics from them! I ordered a graphics tablet worth almost $600. It was faulty when I opened it and they expect you to send it back overseas to be “assessed” before they will do anything. I have been waiting for weeks and still nothing has happened! Every time I email or call I am palmed off with their usual response “please wait 2 working days for us to contact the seller”. It’s disgusting service and they take no responsibility for what they sell. This drags on and on...I have had to make a complaint to the Dept of Fair Trading to get a resolution. “I strongly discourage people to buy items online with Catch, we bought a pair of bikes and when we got them their quality and their performance was completely opposite to what they offered when advertised the product. The answer to our claim " is your perception" which in the end gives them the reason and you can't claim anything. The bikes were really poor quality which affected their performance, very disapointing but how can you prove.that in a photo?? “I bought a Flight X scape 2.75 Bicycle from Catch. Two days later got a message from the delivery company my bike was on the way, will some one be at home or can they leave in a safe place. That was okay,someone was at home. A day later I receive an email from Catch my bike purchase is being processed. Wow!!!.
The same day I took the front wheel of bike to bike repair shop to inflate same as I could not inflate the front tire. No problems with back tire. The bike repair found that the inner tube in the bike had a tear.Called Catch Customer Service, spoke to Don, who requested a picture of said tube which I did. Got reply from Customer Service 48 hours later to contact the manufacturer. I replied, no I am not calling the manufacturer, as I paid Catch and not the manufacturer. I have sent numerous emails since and have not received a reply as yet and it is gone over a week. My next step is to call my credit card and request a refund as I have not been given a working product and my request for assistance has been unanswered. It can be done as Credit Card companies have a duty of care to the consumer.”
“Bought an IPhone through a third party on Catch. There was a fault on the phone less than a month after use, the aggressive seller lied and blamed us for tampering with it.
Be very careful buying through Catch. There are some very untrustworthy companies selling through Catch and Catch just hang you out to dry when you get lied to and scammed! I had assurance from the customer service manager that the matter would be settled to everyone's liking and now Catch have wiped their hands of the issue after a minuscule and pathetic effort.”
“Bought a phone from these scammers on Catch.com.au. it was offered by their marketplace seller Becextech(Antother thief and catch partner in crime)
The price was really good. Order placed on 17/1/2021. Now after a month they claim they delivered the phone to some one but not me. I told them from day 1 I haven't received the delivery and never heard of person they claim to have signed for. Now they have washed there hands off by saying they delivered and done their job. They took $1100 from me actually they stole it.
They send me an email On 05/2/2021 with a tracking and apologising for delay. But when I tracked the order it was already delivered on 3/2/2021, that's 2 days before I was sent an email with tracking.
After my concerns raised I finally got an email on 8/2/2021 that they need 3 days to verify. And today 17/2/2021 they send me an email that they have proof from courier company that the parcel was delivered and they can't help me any more.
They have failed to answer why I was sent an email with tracking on 5/2/2021 stating the parcel is despatch on that day, when parcel was delivered on 3/2/2021.
They failed to explain me why my signature were not obtained.
They failed to explain when I told them the person who signed for the parcel doesn't exist here.
It's just an elaborate scam they are running , passing the ball on marketplace seller back and forth until customer gives up and take u for a ride .
Now after a month I lost $1100 , I don't have the phone and catch have done there part - SUPPOSEDLY.
They respond to your enquiries days later even its extremely urgent. And in case you try to contact them directly guess what THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE MUMBER. and they won't entertain ur questions directly anyway , they ll just say message us on catch portal and that they reply when they feel like, days or weeks later.
In this whole saga catch is helping that as well, so it's a scan run by both catch and Becextech.
My advise to all potential customers it's better to pay bit more and buy from a reputable store. Just bcos you are trying to save some money don't end up losing all of it to these thieves. End of the day they ll take their money and take you for a ride.
I am already in a process of making complaint to all relevant authorities and I will make sure they are held for stealing my money.
Please be very careful when buying from Catch cos if something goes wrong you have no help from them so just wish that if u buy from catch for a good price everything goes well. I have copies of all the messages and emails especially the email they send me on 5/2/2021 with tracking when they already stole my phone on 3/2/2021 which I am forwarding to relevant authorities.

“I received a wrong product and it was worth double the price. I could Have kept it but then I was nice and returned it so I get the product I ordered. It took them almost a month to send me my product after I returned the wrong one. Every time I tell them where is my product they say they will send it. Even after a month I dint get it so asked them to refund my money.”
“I ordered brand new IPhone 12 Mini. As soon as I ordered I realized my address is wrong so changed my address in my account (thinking that should change the address on my order) but it did not changed it.
So I called within 5 min after I placed order, they did not pick up but some one call me back so I explained everything and she was nice to hear and help. she said will let the seller know about this and they can deliver to the right address, it should not be a problem. she CCd me the message requesting change of address to seller. I never got reply back, now parcel is already on the way to the wrong address. I called them again they said seller never acknowledged the change of address and we are sorry we can not help you.
I purchased this for my wife for our Marriage anniversary, looks like its going to the wrong person.”
