“I give them four stars because I’m here at the store. They are supposed to open at 10 AM according to the sign and the store still close at 10:10 AM. This is very unprofessional. I’m here for last-minute purchase since I have an event in two hours and this is not good . But overall, this is a great store. It has a lot of variety and affordable prices on clothing. Mckinney,TX”

“I love the clothes at Cato‘s. The prices are great, and This spring all the colors together in one spot that match all the accessories is wonderful. The sales people are friendly and are very helpful. Don’t know what we do without a Cato. Scott depot, wv”

“I love Cato clothing, prices, and delivery. However, if you go into some stores the customer service is really bad so, I order online. A store in Mtn Home Arkansas didn't wait on anyone that came into the store this week when I went in. The workers stood by the registers and didn't even approach anyone to help them.”
