“Was very disappointed with my first order with you, I saw a cap I wanted and put it in basket and then decided I may aswell buy a T-shirt to go with it which I also put in basket. I proceeded to place the order and pay for both items. A day or so later I received an email stating that the cap was no longer in stock but have shipped my T-shirt. It was too late by then for me to cancel this second item which I wish I could’ve done as I only really wanted the cap. I now have to look around for a cap....I feel like you should’ve stated before taking the payment etc that the item was out of stock.”

“Ordering and receiving the parcel was easy. Unfortunately someone at Cavells thought it a good idea to fold (!) the leather belt I ordered and put it in a plastic bag which offers no protection from delivery people topping it with parcels. The belt has now two very visible folds in it. As the silver leather has some texture I can get away with it and decided not to return the item. But I would not recommend ordering luxury leather belts here. Dear Cavells belts need to be rolled to be kept in pristine condition and I would definately put them in a box instead of plastic sack.”

“Very pleased to receive this dress promptly and at a reduced price. It will be useful for foreign travel or when the weather improves here . It is a very light fabric and pretty pattern . I will be shortening it as I am 5 foot tall and it is full length on me . Sizing is generous”
