“I was very impressed with the service and communication. I selected the free delivery option and the item literally around the next day; beautifully packaged . Sadly the item I ordered had the wrong tag on it and it was too big, so I had to return it. Very positive experience though and will use again.”

“Sent me a garment which was clearly damaged. This should have been spotted at the point of packing and dispatch. They apologised on email but blamed the manufacturer rather than accepting that it shouldn't have been sent at all. I wonder whether they thought I'd not notice, especially since the item was greatly reduced in their sale?”

“Ordered a pair of trainers, all went through then received an email saying that they didn't have it and I would get a refund in 5 days. Not the best for a 1st experience shopping with them”

“My experience with Cavells was excellent. I had reason to telephone the shop and speak to the staff which I found them to be very friendly & helpful. I then placed my order online & was in receipt of my purchase within a matter of a few days delivered by an efficient carrier. The quality of their clothing is outstanding but a little pricey.”
