“I ordered this item because the website stated it was 100% cotton. When it arrived it was lambswool and labelled as such. You can understand my annoyance at having to pay return postage for what is obviously your mistake.”

“Had a lot of trouble with harrods trying to get a jacket ordered. They had sent the wrong item twice in 2 weeks and instead of trying a third time with threm, I ordered from cavells. Item was ordered on tuesday night at 10pm and was delivered by 10am on Thursday. No hassles just a fast service. Will definitely be shopping at cavells in the future. Thanks”
