“I am sorry but I have just returned the bag as it was a lot lot smaller than I wanted so I have returned it and ordered another one from you hoping that this one is larger,It would help if you could show sizes on the site so people would know the size they were ordering”

“Excellent delivery - ordered Sunday evening, recieved Tuesday afternoon. Had the size and style of UGG when NO other leading shoe retail could supply. Free delivery was great plus I got a free UGG cleaning and care gift. Will definitely use this retailer again.”

“This is the first time I have used Cavells. I ordered a jacket and it came next day. Unfortunatley it was too small I have re-ordered a larger size. I called Cavells and they assured me when they receive the return the new jacket will be posted out the same day. Cannot fault that service”
