“I found the customer service excellent. From my first conversation with them, trying to locate the boots I wanted, to delivery and returns, they were courteous and very helpful. I was amazed that the boots I ordered arrived the next day and I ordered them late morning the day before! If only all companies offered this level of service..”

“The service was helpful, when I phoned the shop to discuss in detail shoes I had seen on the website the response I had was accurate and showed understanding of the model and sizing of the product. Delivery was swift and efficient. The return policy was clear although I did not need to use it.”

“I found this lovely place called Cavells in Oakham, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the store is a pleasure to shop in, with such varied designer brands along with some very good sales. Having moved away from the Rutland area now I am pleased I am able still to shop online, my recent purchase came so quickly. Thank you Cavells.”
