I liked the jeans but they were sent with a security tag on. I emailed customer service but didn’t get a reply so have posted back at my expense. Hoping I’ll get a refund for p&p but hard to know when there is no communication

I was disappointed to have my purchase processed online only to receive a rather abrupt, form email saying my purchase was cancelled. There was no explanation, and no reply to my email when I asked what had happened.

Order was cancelled due to no stock. I emailed to ask why the item was still on the website but got no response. Item is still showing as available?

Seems all dispatched well but then DPD became involved. Now it has been stuck in Stoke for over a week as it had been marked delivered when it had not been. They are unable to say when it will be now delivered.

I ordered on the Saturday and paid for express postage. I received a message saying my order had been cancelled a day or two after but no explanation or reason why. I was refunded but nothing else.

My shipment got lost in the mail and i tried to contact the company but did not get a reply, I did not like this service as there was no help and no one I could contact and no one helped with my problem.

Unfortunately Cavells were unable to fulfill my order, they had not updated their stock levels online. They reversed the payment pretty quickly though.

Good evening I still haven’t received my paul smith crossbody bag as of yet! I was going to see if it gets delivered tomorrow as I am aware that parcel force have been very busy over the Christmas holidays. I purchased the bag on the 24th December. Please can you advise on where my delivery is at, as this was an expensive bag. I had a text from parcel force saying it was due for delivery on Wednesday 29th December but nothing has arrived as yet. Look forward to your prompt response Nicola Morris

I am very disappointed that Cavells cancelled my order as they do not ship to Guernsey. As far as I am concerned I should have not been able to proceed with purchasing the item and Cavells should not have accepted payment. I am also disappointed that I never received a response to my email on the matter.

Stock issues leaving us without the Xmas gift we ordered. Customer service were unhelpful and seemed bored to be dealing with me suggesting this happens often.

Was very disappointed with my first order with you, I saw a cap I wanted and put it in basket and then decided I may aswell buy a T-shirt to go with it which I also put in basket. I proceeded to place the order and pay for both items. A day or so later I received an email stating that the cap was no longer in stock but have shipped my T-shirt. It was too late by then for me to cancel this second item which I wish I could’ve done as I only really wanted the cap. I now have to look around for a cap....I feel like you should’ve stated before taking the payment etc that the item was out of stock.
