“It was a very good service. Problems above what was expected were discovered and after a phone call dealt with on the same day! My only criticism at all is that the driver's seat position was adjusted and it took me all of the journey home to get it right again.”

“Car broke down. And the rac dropped the car in Llanelli Cawdor. Service guy told me the car should be ready by 12pm next day. Lucky I phoned before leaving to pick up the car. The car was not ready. So I asked why they didn't phone me to say that the car was not ready. And the man said they had to push my car in and I was lucky that they had time to repair it .he made it seem As if it was my fault that the car broke. If Cawdor had just phone me in the morning and said there was going to be a delay in the car repair I would have been happy. That is good customer service. Not sarcastic attitude your Llanelli staff have got.”
