“Used UKVehicle.com but was a rush thing so paid the £9.99 but the price is far too high for information and wish I would've had longer to research prices because found one for £4 that provided exactly same information, but as I was actually at the car it was a last minute idea to HPI the car. I wouldn't pay £9.99 again especially as there's much cheaper companies that provide same. So wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Do your research in advance if you are serious about a specific car.”

“Lost sale due to incorrect HPI data. DVLA state current log book holds correct data but HPI database shows previous log book with our old address as the correct one. Paid £10 in an effort to show highly interested buyer that car was HPI clear only to be shown false information. What is the point of a HPI check if the info they hold is incorrect.”

“Paid £9.99 for a vehicle check as I was hoping to purchase a new car. Because the car had no service history I was looking forward to the MOT history that would give pass dates and mileage etc. My report came back with no MOT history at all for here in Northern Ireland. Apparently these vehicle checks don't show that up if you're in NI. I didn't see that written anywhere so I feel cheated out of a tenner.”
