“Confirmed details and legal status of the car I was interested in. I was hoping for some detail of Category D write off (stolen / damaged / area of damage) but none were given.”

“It told me the main points but would have been better if it had told me the nature of the write off of the vehicle. The Styria simply said "Written off" with explaining the category damage.”

“I only wanted an hpi check which was simple and strait forward but you did not provide me with that and all you wanted was to get me to buy a gold check which i did not need. You also sadly gave me false information stating there was no mot on the car when there was. We bought the car with a full mot and i sadly feel you are not a genuine company as the car was lovely and in excellent condition. I would not consider asking for information from you again”

Hi You purchased our £3.99 report which does not include HPI information and hence the reason you would need to but the gold check if this information was essentail to you You purchased the report on 23 June at which time the vehicle did not have a valid MOT. This was rectified on 29 June I hope this helps GD
