“I had agreed to buy a 2013 Audi A3 from a private seller and had paid a deposit. About a week before l was due to collect the vehicle l did a vehicle check through Cazana. This proved beyond doubt that the car had been "clocked" by about 24,000 miles (it showed an advert from a year earlier showing the mileage) and in addition that the car had been "written off" by an insurance company. I pulled out of the deal immediately and managed to get my deposit refunded about a week later.”

“well cazana £9.99 check on ford fiesta said had MOT and it never rang cazana still waiting for manager to ring back ,spend a bit more this service is rubbish cliff bater ford fiesta for my son never use you again,”

Hi Cliff. I am sorry you feel this way. You will recall that when we spoke on Friday I promised to investigate the problem and call you back which I did within 10 minutes but you were unavailable. We spoke very shortly thereafter when I confirmed that the vehicle did not have an MOT. I am unsure why you feel you are still waiting for a call from a manager as I believed the situation had been resolved. Geoff

“Able to check a van, in the evening, found it had underbody corrosion and defective steering on advisories for past 3yrs. Decided not such a bargain as it appeared. Saved me a trip to view... well worth it.”

“I paid my fee to be told that my car was an insurance write off. It didn't specify if it was Category C or D. This is important as it's indicative of the severity of the damage/condition. I am disappointed.”

“Had check carried out at a cost £9.99 on a car I was thinking of buying. Logged on the print out and password did not work ,reset password ,still can not log in so can not print the cars information Regards Mark”
