“I Purchased a car check which did not come through as promised, as I was wanting to buy the car that day I had to purchase the report from another provider, I tried to call Cazana that day but could not get though despite it been within there stated opening times I did leave a message but have not received a call back - 8 days later, The report was received from Cazana the next working day (What use is this!?!) I have contacted there customer service team via email for a refund but over 1 week later I am still awaiting a reply from them. Shocking customer service ! Purchase elsewhere as they are all a similar cost and save yourself the hassel of using this tinpot company !”
