“The information regarding finance owing on the vehicle was wrong. I contacted the finance company, who informed me that there was no money owing on the car. Also the dealer showed me written proof that there was no finance owing. This incorrect information may have resulted in me not buying the car. I would like a full refund please.”

“Very disappointed. Didn't tell me anything other than what i did which on a car with no history included wasnt much. Feel very ripped off with no means to request a refund”

“No problem with the information provided, but I thought the way the prices were advertised was a bit misleading. The impression is that one Gold check is £6.65, but when in fact it’s £9.95.”

“I had done things in reverse order ie bought a car then checked if it was safe duh. It was an immense relief to be assured that the car is not subject to anything nasty. Thank you,and I promise to do things the right way round next time.”

“well we did the hpi check and found that it was a cat d which means it been written off but sold back to the owner to repair but he was selling it as a normal car with no catoregies against it and that it had monies owing on it but after speaking to the bank they told me they no longer had any interest in it which in not so many words that the ins paid off the debt”
