“Good service for an average price. Only thing that wasn’t clear is after a hpi search I couldn’t find the option to got back to the result after searching another vehicle.”

“The information supplied in my second purchase was very inaccurate regarding engine specifics and was obviously wrong. Cazana need to check the information for inaccuracies. I have wasted money on an inaccurate check.”

“when you do a free check, it says that you hold more events and you recommend a full check before buying the car, it makes the customer worry and it's like being pushed into purchasing a full check”

“It claimed to be £6.65 for the check and when my PayPal receipt came through it took £9.99. I complained due to the principle of it and was informed that the £6.65 was "from"....well it didn't tell me before I paid that it was actually going to debit £9.99. Then when I got the check through it did nothing but state there were hidden things I didn't know about the car and to learn more it would need more money. Not a very transparent service and quite misleading. If I'd have known it was £9.99 is have purchased a check through the better known more transparent company.”
