“On checking out a Ford Transit as I was planning to buy, Cazana flagged up it had outstanding finance. This was very concerning and initially I was glad I did the check. However, I contacted the leasing company and they informed me that the contract had indeed been cancelled in 2016 and fully paid up with no outstanding debt. I was glad of this information because I really liked this van. If I had not done this check myself and relied on the info supplied by Cazana I would not have considered buying this van and that would have been a shame. In the end I paid for a search that was not worth it as it was incorrect. I should get a refund at the least. Cazana need to ensure there info is up to date especially when they charge for it. If you use there info, make sure what ever is flagged up you check it out for yourself. It could be worse as there info was not up to date, maybe HP info is also not up to date. DOUBLE CHECK!!!”

“I was checking out a car that I saw advertised online. You told me that there was a finance agreement in place on the car and there were still 40 months of payments outstanding! You even gave me the details of the leasing company and a contact tel. no. which I called and was told that it was exactly as you had reported.!!! Needless to say, I blanked the deal. If I had not checked with you, I might well have parted with 16,000€ for a car which had a huge debt on it. Well done. That was a small amount to pay to you for such great info. I will tell everybody about your site and obvious;y use you in future. Cheers, Paddy.”

“I wanted to do a car check but the web site sequence of ordering and checking is silly and so I ended up paying for a check on a number plate that I did not intend to enter. Stupid.”

“Not so much happy as ripped off the first price for 1check was £3.50 which checked nothing worthwhile the second price was £6.50 giving a comprehensive check not so bad but then I was charged £9.95 as the prices were from? From what from rip off big time!!!!!”

Hi. I am sorry your feel like that but we believe our pricing is clear. The cost of three reports is £19.50 or £6.50 each whereas a single report is £9.95 GD
