“Excellent report and made instantly available. I would have liked the report to have shown how many owners the vehicle had. The current owners name and address would be a great asset to the report. As a buyer this information would have been invaluable.”

“I had bought a motorbike and could see from the V5C that it was imported (first registration in 2005, first UK registration in 2015). Therefore I wanted to find out where it had been imported from. After paying £3.99 to you, all I got was the information I already knew - i.e. it was imported. I think this is a rip off. What is the point of your checks?!”

“nothing really bad i just wish i could have at least downloaded my car check to my printer so i would have then had a copy of the report on paper but this is not possible a shame really.”

“Comprehensive details included engine number, and general vehicle specs such as horse power and co2 emissions, tax class as well as the all important information regarding finance, accident history and mileage. This was in keeping with what the seller had said in person and enabled a worry free purchase.”

“It did not. Email of report never received. Had outstanding credit finance agreement against the car, which was the car dealers own finance. Not much value added”

“I discovered that the vehicle stolen from me was in fact for sale on a well known web site stating it was HPI clear and no scuffs, dents or scrapes! You could see the scuffs on it and was indeed on the insurance register as a total loss!! Amazing!”
