“Almost purchased a vehicle, I have never done a check like this before but I had a feeling something wasn’t right. Cazana confirmed my suspicions and stopped me from buying a vehicle that had incorrect information listed! Great service! Would use again!”

“Used uk vehicle as I have done in the past did not get report back so tried again also did not get report back then found that my PayPal account had two amounts deducted from it Went on to cazana and got report back and found out that uk vehicle is owned by Cazana Sent email but no reply”

“Slightly disappointed as bought a silver check. It said it would tell me of any accident history or any outstanding finances which was not the case. Then wanted £14.99 on top of what I'd already paid to tell me that information. Misleading information.”

“Bit of a con drawing you in with a £3.99 deal then charging £14.95 for the info you need but it did just save me £4000 on a vehicle with outstanding finance”

“I received extremely worrying incorrect information regarding outstanding finance on a vehicle, in fact no financial interest was outstanding, and had been clear for months not days. This I had to verify by contacting the financial lender in person, who without breaching privileged information was helpful and extremely informative, so I did the work that truly mattered, and when I contacted Cazana they said "SORRY FOR THAT WE WILL UPDATE OUR RECORDS! no offer of a refund or partial refund at the very least, so in my opinion they were a waste of time and energy and not fit for purpose”

“It helped me to research a car that had some question marks that were not being answered. The car itself appears perfect but using Cazana it gave me details of a previous sale which I think was unusual as it involved an export specialist and then finding it for sale again after only two months, 750 miles and a c£10,000 loss makes me think I need to keep looking....I also note that the current Main Dealer is quoting two owners yet you report there have been two changes which means three owners in fact. Add in that it has been untaxed since October 2017 has a new MOT despite being only two years old and the outcome is that your Report and my research makes me decide there are too many odd twists despite it being just what I was looking for.”

“Not masses of information in the report, but what is supplied is very helpful. Mostly reassuring points ticked off, plus a few really helpful bits of recent history which prompted further questions to ask the seller before finalising the deal. The last MOT advisories helped me get two tyres replaced. Many thanks!”
