“I found the perfect car I was looking for on auto trader, and as they said it was hpi clear, not a cat c or d I was going to buy it. At the last minute I thought I'd do a check on it with you, turns out it was s cat c, so lucky I did.”

“The car its self seems great, but I did my own HPI Check and found that the car is an import. That's not good as I asked them if it was and if there was any damage. They said no as they had already done one as they do on all vehicles. This I don`t think is correct. and would like an explanation as I now have to inform my insurers, who might refuse insurance based on its an import.”

“What a load of rubbish your report was. It didn't tell me anything I didn't know already. I wanted the dates of the 4 ownership transfers Please refund me.”

“I had found a car at a local dealer price was good and web site I used showed mileage correct. The car was also accident free and all looked good but I decided to get piece of mind and get a full check. The check showed that a third party was owed finance on the vehicle so for £9.99 I had saved myself massive problems.”
