“Always a doubt when spending loads on a Second Hand Car. The report highlighted that finance was outstanding which came as a surprise as it is being purchased through a main dealer. Needs to be sorted or I walk away money saved thanks to a excellent report from Cazana.”

“You imply that information of previous owners would be revealed once you've paid the fee but it's not, just the year the car changed hands. I will never use your services again and will go out of my way to warn friends and colleagues that their wasting their time and money.”

“I paid for 3 reports. After the first report was on screen I asked to e mail to my e mail account. Nothing happened. I closed that report assuming it would be kept on file as the system was showing my name. I ordered another report which came on screen and asked (again) to send to my e mail account. Nothing happened. I closed down and started up again but could not log in as I never set up a password. I used the "Forgotten Password" function and had a note saying an e mail had been sent to my e mail account. Nothing happened. As I could not log in or retrieve my reports I asked for a basic search on the third vehicle of interest but would have to pay the full amount in addition to the "3 quotes for £19ish pound charge" if I wanted it. I was not prepared to do that considering I still had a full report token left and had never received the first two. You took my money and did not provide the service for that money. You also have a system which does not allow me to resolve it. Very unhappy indeed.”
