“I was sent an email saying the car I purchased was a fail because it had 2 MOT failures in the past. Yet it was a bargain at 1/2 the provided valuation. I wrote and asked for £9.99 to be returned as I considered this online fraud. 24 hours ago and I have only had this survey as a response”

Thank you for leaving us a review, Unfortunately the DVLA electronic database does not have an engine number for this vehicle. The v5C date is also the most up to date information sent over from the DVLA. This data is not allowed to be amended because it comes directly from the DVLA, Terri.

“Every thing was fine and I was informed that all was well with the check. However a subsequent email reported a failure A call to Geoff at the support team said he was surprised and he would check what had happened and let me know the outcome. Four days later I am still awaiting a response. Not very impressive. Eventually a reply " that it was an error " but not an explanation. The concern caused by the "error " almost caused me to lose the car that I intended to purchase so whilst I am prepared to upgrade "Average " to Good" I still feel the response inadequate.”

“Never had to do a car check before as previously always bought via a dealer who supplied a check. This time I saw a good deal, so checked it out. This site was very easy to use and supplied more detail than I expected. Almost everything I had been told about the car was on the report. But Cazana, also showed the car to have had replaced shocks, wishbone, suspension and even tyres as and when they were repaired or replaced. That was something I wasn't expecting on a low mileage car. So, I have a great report and now feel happy in having all the details attached to my purchase. Full marks!”

“Let me down with an inaccurate report that was down to a mistake from Experian finance and I had to chase cazana to get the issue resolved. However after several emails and a phone call, the finance marker has been removed and my money refunded.”

“Tried to buy scooter of dubious fellow,did a check for less that £10.00 found the scooter had been written off, different engine,fake ID,all with outstanding credit.Brilliant could of ended up with a real problem but saved by Cazana !! Well done”
