“Been charged £14.99 for a car check when on they website it was £3.99”

The prices of our checks are shown on the checkout before a check is purchased. The charge of £3.99 per report applies if you pay for 5 at one time When the checkout page loads the £14.99 check is chosen as the default option as this is the most popular check bought by our customers. If the silver check is not selected, then a gold check will be purchased. Unfortunately, in this instance we are unable to provide a refund for your check as you have received the full benefits of the gold check for your searched vehicle.

“I had made a report on a vehicle. I got a wrong report claiming the vehicle was a written off cat c. But then had vehicle description as a completely different car. This is very bad and a very bad report on the car. After calling up and notifying you guys, I was told I would get a call or email back regarding this. I’ve had nothing. Very very unhappy with this report!”

“I was disappointed that the report gave me little more information than I could have found for free on the DVLA website. The additional info, for what it was did not really help either. If Cazana really want to add value for those considering a car purchase the information has to be a lot richer and helpful than it is. Also the 'print friendly' summary contained less information than the web site report so was even less helpful. In summary I would advise others to go to the DVLA site first.”

“Rubbish I wanted to see if a vehicle was on finance for me to find that out I need to upgrade this app told me no more than I get for free on various govermrnt sites-save your money there are many free sites that are more informative”

All checks are valid for 6 months. We can't go on any longer after that as the information can change.

“In a nutshell I paid £15 for a full comprehensive vehicle check. FULL being the reason why. The results were appaulling. The owner change history only went back to 2017 therefore showing just 2 changes? The MOT history was nonexistent just the current mot status which you can obtain for free on Directgov website. There was however other minimal information like accident history, stolen, hpi check etc but it was far from a FULL comprehensive vehicle check so you don’t get peace of mind after parting with your money. Sent a complaint via email but never received a reply so clearly they are just about making money and not delivering what they say. Avoid paying for this service especially from this site as you maybe non the wiser and definitely out of pocket.”
