I live only 5.5 hrs from the seller location and it took 10 days to receive my item. I've purchased items from clear across the county that took less time to arrive using standard shipping. “I ordered a Stryker SR-A10 at a good price. It was delivered fast! The only problem is when it arived it came in a 5ft Long box and 5.5x5.5 inch square box. I opened it up and all that was in it 4x4 inch and about 11 inch container with the Base antenna in it. The bigger box was filled with peanuts. But no rod that was needed to put in the base. I e-mailed customer support & Lance got back to me after my explnation & two more e-mails Lance told me he is going to send a replacement.
