“Yes I made a purchase October 19 received email of tracking still saying its awaiting usps pickup on October 22 and have emailed several times and left messages on your site for updates and October 29 I still havent received my order..I also left Voicemail with my phone contact information so if someone can contact me and let me know where my order is and why I havent received it. I cant finish this survey because I havent received my order and no one will reply or respond to my messages.”

“Ordered a s w r meter for a galaxy ninety nine v had a small crack in it.I did still use it cuz.I needed it badly.I did submit an email to I believe lance. Explained to him and sent pictures about the little crack in the meter.Never heard anything back from anybody... Just disappointed that's all...”
“This spring worked better than a heavy duty generic brand I purchased previously. It gives just enough bend to keep my mag mount antenna is a heavy 4 ft fiberglass antenna and the firestick spring don't cause my mount to shift around at faster speeds/winds.”

“Got the item I ordered! Packaged well. They used USPS and Not FedEx so it wasn't broken. It was a little late but that was USPS facility in Shreveport La. held it for a while for some reason.”
“Prices were, average. Shipping cut the packaging off, I guess to make things fit better. When antenna arived it had the mounting and tuninng directions cut off the packaging, and the whip was bent. Asked lance for a picture off the directions and just got told thatthey are all the same you just raise or lower it to set it. Guess we'll try Wilcox next time.
