“First order, spent a about 120 bucks, no big deal, I get it... Paid for UPS shipping because we all know USPS has issues. Doing an install job for someone, so timing is kind of a thing. So here I am now with my order lost in the USPS network and no one will respond to my emails, if there was a phone number to call I would. Extremely frustrated with this purchase experience. No communication from this company what so ever. Avoid them if you are actually needing something for a job. Completely unreliable and 100% just not available to explain their thought process of how they do business. I will not be back.”

Bought this CB antenna to mount on my skid loader for snow removal. I ordered the whip style for work use, and it fits perfectly and feels solid.
Bonus: it makes my skid steer look like a radio-controlled machine. The grandkids are convinced they can control it now, which is a win in my book.
Haven’t had snow yet to fully test it, but so far it’s exactly what I was looking for. Good quality, easy install, and does the job.

“OK, I don’t write many reviews but this one I will the company is totally awesome, trustworthy, and worth ordering again with. I had 102 inch whip Antenna with mounting kit delivered. Everything was in perfect shape and finally complete. It comes in two separate orders, ordered it in December, which is pretty tough for USPS with winner and all that Christmas stuff. Not the companies fault I’m a happy camper the company’s outstanding.”

but a wire was included with a 1/8 jack on 1 end and what looks like a small speaker on the other. i plugged it in to the speaker jack in the back of the unit but no sound came out of it. can anybody tell what this wire is for?”
“Ordered expedited shipping Nov. 24 for an additional $17.50, didn't receive until Dec. 5, was transferred from UPS to USPS and was charged an additional $11.80 to pick up. Shipping total $29.30, when should have been free for non-committal service and false advertisement! Next time will do business with CB World or Right Channel Radio.”
