“I recently purchased a 10 m radio ,but when I received it, the wrong radio was in the box. I should’ve looked more closely at it radio looked just like the one that I had purchased, but did not have a single sideband. Lance replied to me and sent me a return label to ship the wrong radio back, so I’m just waiting for the right radio to be sent out to me! I recently purchased a microphone and I was sent out and received in a short time. Thanks again CB radio supply.”
“The service was prompt and accurate. My only suggestion would be to improve on the packaging of the product. Although it was received undamaged, a plastic bag to ship a microphone I would consider quite a risk.

“I like the antenna I got . It was in mint condition however the antenna mount I got an the spring I got wouldn't tighten up like they should. So I had to back up and regroup in order to be able to use the antenna. Still working on a solution.”
