“I decided to shop with CBY Tools because their price for the Stanley Yellow Craft Knives was better than anywhere else I could find on the 'Net. Ordering was simple and the checkout process was easy. I was astounded as to the speed at which my order arrived - less than 24 hours later, and that was with basic P&P. I highly recommend CBY Tools as they have a vast range of products at exceptionally competitive prices. Their site is easy to navigate and has excellent product photos and descriptions. I shall definitely be shopping with them again. Thanks for a brilliant online purchase experience.”

“Ordered an extra tool for next day delivery,had the day off to to wait for delivery and didn't turn up,called CBY and was told it had been put on 3-5 day delivery by mistake and I would get a call to discuss this but no call was forthcomimg”
